Administrative Law
Hello everyone, today I will write about
the subject that I have most enjoyed studying this semester. The truth is that
this semester has been very boring for me, I had more entertaining and
interesting bouquets in previous semesters.
However, if I have to choose a subject for
this semester, it is “Marco Normativo para la Acción Administrativa ll”, most
of the time the professor does expository classes, with digital support
material along with texts on the subject and and occasionally brings material brings
material to work in groups and expose on various issues related to
Administrative Law.
The main contents that have been studied in
the course are; Administrative Statute, Expropriation Procedure, Assets and
Property Law, Disciplinary Resonsability of Public Servant, Principles of
Administrative Law, Rights and Duties of Public Servant, among other topics
among others.
To be honest, this is one of the subjects I
like least of those that should be studied to be a Public Administrator, but
Professor Mario Palma has made the field enjoyable, easy to understand and
study, this has caused in me, less rejection of Administrative Low. Therefore, now it is a subject that I like to study.

ResponderEliminarHonestly for my little boring class, but we need to know the law in our field of work.
It's great that you enjoy it!
